No justice. No peace. No justice. No peace.
No, justice doesn’t come to people like me.
I’m trapped in the system; I know I have rights but my public pretender missed them. I have been robbed of a voice, stripped of a choice. I have no one on the outside making any noise, I am just one of the lost boys.
No justice. No peace. No justice. No peace.
No justice, when the prosecutorial predetermines guilt on me. The witness has dishonest crimes, she is full of lies. The cops leave evidence behind and even the judge turns a blind eye, to the truth they hope no one finds.
No justice. No peace. No justice. No peace.
No justice when there is no crime. No peace for 600 nights, the government took my rights. No piece of evidence was ever presented to me, they did not even bring me to court when I demanded to be. I never had a chance to face my accuser. The judge ignores my rights like I abused her. Desperate nights took my will to fight and I plead “no contest” even though I knew it wasn’t right. Now I am doing an elbow on two strikes.
No justice. No peace.
No Justice, God sees.
No peace, for my enemies.
This poem is full of the actual corruption and oppression that my Husband suffered as a young man. Miguel Angel Santana (11/26/1988) is sentenced to two life sentences under the Prison Release Re-offender guidelines AKA 2 strikes to LIFE. Both of my husbands convictions were obtained through illegal action. We must stand up as a people in Florida and COMMAND: Checks and balances in the lower tribunal court system, consequences for misconduct by judges, prosecutors, public defenders and police officers.
The US Constitutional rights are for ALL Americans!!! LETS DEMAND OUR VOICES BE HEARD
